does your dog/dogs play with children?  

I guess if you let your dog play with you he will be a little closer to other people too. Training them is the best way to get along with your dogs.

yes, I have a little 2 pound chihuaha and he is one of the children. He will play fetch with the kids all day long. If they go outside to play in the snow, he knows they will be sledding. He will sit at the door and whine until I let him go out so that he can get on the sled with them and sled down the hill. He tries to play tug a war but he is so small he always looses.

my dog loves to play chase with my nephew. It's so funny... she'll catch him and then run away from him.

yes,bouth of them are verry inloved with children.They fallow them everywhere inhouse they kiss them and they tray not to hurt them It shows on theyr face that they try to comport in a way that not hurt them.

All 4 of my dogs love to play with the kids in their own way. My 2 Rotties like to let the kids love on them, hang on them, and will just lay there and let the kids do anything! My lab loves to play fetch, anything the kids pick up he thinks is something for him to fetch. he will even fetch a hot dog and bring it to the kids without taking a bite of it. My Golden Retriever/ Great Pyrenees is the one that just likes to follow the kids around to make sure they aren't getting into anything and that they are safe.
Today the kids were walking around with blankets wrapped around them,(pretending to be ghosts) then the dogs come out of their room and each has a blanket on too, lol. They really think they are a kid and should be able to play anything the kids are.
