Okay, I've started dieting as a New Years Resolution but it is so difficult. I just don't have the willpower. Does anyone know of any diet pills or appetite suppressants that actually work?

Infact we should adopt the natural procedure to control our weight. The most effective and useful way to control your weight is to eat vegetables, drink more and mor ewater a day.
Avoid to eat beaf or dished cook in the beaf.
Eat white meat (Fish, chicken).
The above menu will be very effective to keep u smart and keep your weight control.
