I always plan to and I always try.
Last year I got to the stage where I feel I went too far and became obsessed with which foods my family should have until I got in such a tiz I was making myself ill over it.
I do my best with the food but I'm still plump.
I out with my newty-dog for around an hours play on the beach every day, do all the housework and run round after 2 boys. I don't think I eat a lot but if my body was a temple then it's got room for a lot of worshippers.
I rarely sit still unless I'm on mylot or writing my book.
It is hard to be perfect, I'd rather be happy, how about you?

Yes I do plan on eating better this year. I am going to get re-focused on my diet plan. I have a bunch of weigh to lose. When I was focused on it this summer and fall, I lost 20 pounds. My goal is to lose at least another 20 by Easter.

I've already started- the day after Christmas. I'm exercising on the treadmill and using weights 4-5 times/week, and I haven't had fast food yet! It will save money in the long run, too. I want to make this a normal part of my routine, so that I don't dread exercising.

i do have a plan to eat better...and get slim...exercise? i don't think i am able to go for it since i only sit here in my room the whole day for every day except when i want to buy anyting outside. This year i hope that i can reduce some weight so that i will look more young ehehe.....i am not sure if i can do this since i have to cook for my future husband every day...he is not like me, and i want him to get some weight. But i think, it's only my whom is gaining weight....

I made no plans for last year, as I never stick to them. This year I plan to eat more healthy food, give up smoking and go for a two mile walk twice a day. Well, you know what they say about the best made plans... If I manage to do all of these, I shall have to phone the pope and get him to declare a miracle.

Though i have a small framed body, exercise was always a part of my everyday routine however last year i was really to busy with school since im studying nursing, i have to attend both classes and hospital duties. i was always tired and became lazy to exercise as well. i keep on sleeping. in a way i gained a small pound and i was not really happy about it. so i did start my new year right, since i already finished my course and as well the licensure exam i went back to the gym to have wieght training as well dance classes. for only three weeks now, i can see the changes specially losing the fat on my abdominal part,im also having fan with all the dance classes. im now more determined to have a healthy lifestyle.
I will be a nurse few days from now so i guess the best way to start is to have a healthy body.

hi and smile
.
i actually started last November 2008. I had a check up that time before and found out i have hypertension. I started eating more fruits and veggies and increase water intake. Right now, i lose more than 10 pounds, and have normal blood pressure now. My doctor advise me to lose weight about 4 lbs more. I stay away from fatty and salty foods.
Happy mylotting and smile always!

Milk is a very healthy diet but i avoided to drink it but i'll drink it now. My Mom is very happy that i've started drinking milk now. What about u???? Do u have any such plan??

Actually, that is a new plan for me every week. I definitely got more exercise, my sister's dogs came to live with me, and the pen is small. In the summer I walked them sometimes twice a day. I am always tweaking my eating habits. I drank more green tea. We ate out less. My weight was down some this summer. It always goes up in the winter. Especially since I have discovered myLot.
