talking over phone in public place

It can sometimes annoy me, it really depends on how aware they are of their surroundings and if it's affecting others around them. Back when I used to work in a store, it would always drive me nuts when a customer would walk up to the counter with me waiting there until she decided to say goodbye to whomever she was talking to and hung up. Kills me how inconsiderate or completely obvlivious people can be, whether keeping people waiting, getting in near accidents, or just disturbing those around them.
