how can i tackle this problem?

My neighbours have their music up really loud, sometimes until 3 in the morning; I've tried to ask them nicely to turn it down but they won't, what can I do?

It is really difficult to love such trouble some neighbours. While they are playing the music late in the night, just give a ananmous Phone Call to cops, who will solve your problem.
