Most experts say that your body requires 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep each night. I'm lucky if I get 6 hours! Sometimes I sleep longer on the weekend or take a short nap, but my body seems to function well on just 6 hours. Any less than that and I'm in trouble, though!

I sllep for about 8 hours most of the days. according to many researches if a person doesnt get sufficient amount of sleep for long durations there are going to be a lot of problems in later life. Sleep deprivation is very dangerous than what most people think about it.

mee too i sleep for 5 or 6 hours. i am in the last stage of my academics and i ve classes everyday morning and evening and i find less time to sleep
i ve revise as soon as i am back else ill lose track
