i had my oil changed. they stripped out my oil drain hole. they offered me two shops of their choice to have my car repaired at. do i have the right to refuse their two shops and take my car to my honda dealer to get it fixed or do i have to let them pick the shop? can anyone help with this issue?

on the one hand you could argue that it's your vehicle and you couldn't possibly allow anyone associated with them to fix their mistake but then they could argue that they tried to repair the mistake and you refused. In the long run your best bet is to be present if you can when the car is repaired and let them fix their mistake.
