Encopresis this is the first ive heard of this

My 6 year old has been soiling his pants for 3 months now this has been so frustrating for me I took him to the pediatrics and she took x-rays and diagnosed him with constipation and gave me Miralax to soften his stool but the thing is how can you be constipated and soil your pants boy was I confused and frustrated then I took him to gastriologist and he figured he got constipated one time and it was painful and he would hold his stool in but this soiling is still going on. I have to buy disposable briefs and had to stop my job. Can he get a disabiliy check for this.
