| Anyone have to take some form of sleeping aids weekly  | | | |  Lately, I am having a lot of problems sleeping. I go to bed aroung 10 but I am up at 2 or three. I feel tired, but I can't sleep. I have had some really tough times lately so I know that is one of the cause of my lack of sleep. I brought a couple over the counter sleeping aids, but they do not work. I currently take Benadryl about 2 to three times a week. Anyone take Benadryl just for sleeping purposes? Have anyone tried Ambien or any other products? I tried the lavendar on my pillow turn off the tv etc have not work, any ideas tired.
