Has anyone patented any inventions that they would like to share details about?

I have not personally but have had many ideas. I recently found that one of my more recent ideas being an inflatable pillow with a mini pop up umbrella to shade your face while suntanning had already been patented at this website of weird patents. What are your ideas?
