SO EXCITED! I just bought my first home!!!

I just wanted to share my excitement with everyone here. My fiance and I just bought our first home this week! I can't wait to move in. It's exciting, and scary and nerve-wracking but I am thrilled! It's such a beautiful home! Anyone else purchase a home recently?

well even myhusabnd and i have got a new home. an aprtment in chennai. well he is in china now. he will return during mid of feb. so we are planning to shift as soon as he comes back. also the good thing is that we r moving in with our new baby boy who will then be 5 months old.

Well done. I hope you've got a good deal. Now you've bought your home, don't forget to set up an emergency savings account that's just to take care of the home and pay into it regularly - it will come in handy if there are any repairs to be done, the heating breaks down etc. You want to make sure you and your new home can survive anything!
