Humongous Fungus Fest

Hello,
Has anyone here ever heard of the Humongous Fungus Fest in Crystal Falls, Michigan? They hold this Festival the second weekend of August every year. The folks who show up can see the largest mushroom in the world. It's underground in an abandoned iron ore mine. It is so famous that it is listed on the State Farm Insurance calendar every year. You all should try to take in this Festival if you ever get a chance.

My sister in law is grossed out by this festival. She is certain that eating mushrooms will be the doom of humanity. More particularly, she associates trouble with IBS to being served something with mushrooms unwittingly. Her brother, my husband, is grossed out by pasta.

I have known many people with food preferences. One of my sisters will not eat anything with onions in it. She is very good at telling when there are, too.
Your husband sounds like someone with definite ideas about what he will, and will not, eat. Thank you for your response.
