Winning at Blackjack | | I do most of my Blackjack playing in Atlantic City these days, used to be a big Vegas player . I generally take a walk around the tables to check out where the hot tables are in my price range -generally $25 table . When i find that hot table, i try to sit at third base --last seat to the left - so i'm the last one to control the dealer's first hit card, if there is one . My rules are simple, bet consistently --start with $25, keep on adding $25 Chips when you win, and go back to one chip when u lose --maximize winnings, minimize losses . Always double up on 10's and 11's when the dealer has 9 or less, only split 2's 8's and aces'. If i should win 6 hands in a row, (my own guidelines), i cut my bet in half --and hopefully start a new streak . The key is, to wait it out, be consistent with your betting and leave table quickly if you have bad players . I'd love to hear anyone else's theories on my favorite Casino game
