Is Exercise a four letter word for you?

To many it is. Expanding waistline is a warning “Bleep-Bleep” and my Buddy, I’m warning you, You cannot afford to ignore this warning, if you want to lead a life sans hassles. You are an intelligent guy, busy with your daily activities, making money and striving all along to keep the family in good elements. But how long? In your quest to lead a good life you are ignoring about things stealthily encroaching into your body beautiful. You are over looking the bulge that is expanding its periphery due to your sedentary habits. Do you know where it leads to? I’m sure you don’t know.
A sedentary life leads to obesity. Targeting all individuals of all ages, genders, races, ethic groups, and backgrounds, obesity causes problems ranging from diabetes, heart disease, and liver failure. By Ensuring you’re living a healthy lifestyle, eating a well balanced meal, and regularly exercising will combat this obesity epidemic
With a small investment you can get fabulous returns What all you have to invent is not money, but time., if you do regular exercise for fifteen minutes over a period of time instead of all at once, you will be healthier than those who work out for an hour a week. If you include a family member or a friend, your exercise regimen becomes more lively
Or join a gym. . Many gyms, fitness centers, and community groups provide exercise lessons for no or a minimal charge. This is a great way to meet friends and regain your healthy lifestyle.
Set a reachable goal., Be sure to set on that is well within your reach.
It's a good idea to set a long term and short term goal. If your long term goal is to live a healthier life, you may consider playing a game of soccer with your children, without becoming breathless, your short term goal. This way you can go on making more short term goals as you inch towards a healthy, fit lifestyle.
You can exercise at home if you can't afford to join a gym. However, you will have to buy a few basic things like weights and mats. You may want to invest in a tread mill or chair climber to build your own gym. This way you won't have to travel anywhere and you can do the work outs at your own convenience This has got an additional advantage. Your other family members, hitherto onlookers. Will join you. Without sermons and lectures you are motivating your family members. Is it not great?Whatever may be your mode do it and do it right now

Our body warns us whenever it requires some maintenance. Surely overweight and waistline expansion is a warning. We must act according to that. If we fail to notice that we have to pay a heavy price.
