Did you spend your gift cards and cash that you received for Christmas?

My kids received Walmart cards. They spent them on little odds and ends that go with different things they already received. I did not receive any but they had fun.

yes, I did. I got 3. And was holding my sons card that he got, for him and spent that too! Oops, had to give hime back the money! Anyway, I bought a deep fryer, a electric chopper, 4 shirts, some makeup and lipstick. (I don't usually buy myself stuff)

I have used some of them. I used one of my $25 at B&N for three books, a game, & dog day by day calander. I used some of our Target GC's for just this and that's, really nothing special.

I got two cards from Walmart and have them gone already. We bought a few grocries with ours and I got a new outfit. Needed something because everything else is to big.

Of the three gift cards I received, I have spent only half of one, which was for Red Lobster (cause they have the best biscuits on the planet!). I still have half of that one, one for DSW and one for Target.

I used my Borders Gift Card to buy 4 paperback books and haven't started reading the books yet. My Target Gift Card was used to buy storage boxes, as my goal for 2007 is to be better organized. I haven't used my Payless Gift Card, but plan to get boots soon, before it starts to rain in Southern California, as the pair I purchased last year are leaking.

I didn't get any gift card this year. I got a CD and a DVD from my wishlist. My husband in the other hand, got a Barn and Nobles gift card. He bought a calendar and a CD with that.
