Do u like to talk to urself when ur alone. Talking to urself can gather ur thoughts to be prepared for a similar sort of situation in the past.

I talk to myself all the time....well, when I'm alone. I find it gathers my thoughts too and sort things out in my head in a way that wouldn't happen if I didn't talk to myself.
