| Afro Samurai @ 11pm EST On Spike TV!!  | | | |  Don't forget that Afro Samurai is airing soon on Spike TV. I watched the first episode last week and I must say I am impressed. I thought they were just slapping Samuel L. Jackson on there and it was gonna be some crappy ol anime, but thus far it is great. Great animation and great action. The story is a little sparse but you don't really need it when there are gonna be only 5 episodes. Anyone else into this show?

| |  I was so, so impressed with Afro Samurai! I had heard about it a few months ago and I was pretty skeptical. I mean, Samuel L. Jackson is awesome, and I'm familiar with the creator of the series, but I was still iffy on it. Then I forgot about it. Last week I was looking through the listings and I saw it listed and tuned in. I was so impressed I watched the encore!
The fight scenes are amazing, the animation is cutting edge and beautiful, and the story is pretty intense even if it is a bit sparse. I'm really glad I caught it, and I'm really looking forward to tonight's episode!
