Often we look down and care least about the things around us with unique qualities.
Garlic is one such thing with miraculous and curative powers.Garlic in its raw condition, take out a clove and bite it and chew it. Don;t cut it with a knife. Its effect will be reduced.Beware it leaves an unwanted taste in your mouth. But this is a short term disadvantage. Think of its long lasting and sore-cure qualities.
Garlic arrests the formation of carcinogenic compounds that cause cancer. It supports cardiovascular system. It lowers cholesterol levels in the blood. It works against intestinal parasites. It is an effective remedy to lower B.P. It eliminates noxious waste matter in the body. Crushed cloves of garlic may be infused. In water or milk works for all types of disorders of the digestion. It makes the pimples disappear without scar. Rub raw Garlic several times a day on the pimples. It is an excellent remedy for whooping cough.
Garlic Generates terrific heat in the body. Use your discretion while deciding the number of cloves to be used. Start with one clove. See the effect. You yourself will know, whether to increase the number of cloves or decrease. I have not added medical terms with a view not to confuse the common people.
Remember, it doesn't cause any side effects.
MAKE EVERYDAY A GARLIC DAY.

I eat a clove of garlic several times a week and have for quite some time. I don't know all the curative powers it has but I do know that it relieves my arthritis. Fortunately my arthritis has not gotten to the crippling point and I feel that as long as I eat garlic perhaps it won't get to that point. When any of my friends say they suffer from minor inflamation or arthritic pains I always recommend that they eat garlic. Some do, some don't because they don't want halitosis.....I always tell them that halitosis is better than no breath at all. I do, however, always have some Tic Tac's or strong flavored chewing gum to relieve the "pain" others may get from my bad breath. No one has complained yet.
I don't find that it leaves a bad taste in my mouth because I adore garlic...by itself or in varying dishes. It also makes drab food taste better.
