Prayer is most powerful. Nobody can deny this fact. Understand the usefulness of the prayer and cultivate this wonderful thing in the day to day life. I am very much impressed by the way in which Mahatma has put it. According to him, " I am not a man of learning, but I humbly claim to be a man of prayer. I am indifferent as to the form. Everyone is a law unto himself in that respect...
A heartfelt prayer is not a recitation with the lips.It is a yearning from within which expresses itself in a word, every act, nay, every thought of man...
We have to cultivate illimitable patience if we will realise the efficacy of power."
Is it possible for everybody to follow Mahatma?

Instead of Mahatma it is better to follow with 'osho'. Osho has combined prayer with meditation. For him prayer is not asking(begging), prayer is merging with cosmic energy.
It is best to do this meditation at night, in a darkened room, just before going to sleep; one must sleep immediately afterwards. Or it can be done in the morning, but it must be followed by fifteen minutes of rest. This meditation gives best results if done to the tune of music specially designed for it by Osho.
