I used to work along with several others on a live help desk via Timpani chat. It was for a site that is no longer around, but I sure did enjoy talking to the members and helping them with any questions that they had about the site. Is there anyone out there who has any experience in this field that might be able to help me find another position? Please, if you don't, or don't have anything relevant to say, don't respond or I'll have no choice but to rate a negative. Thanks
