Is High School supposed to be the best years of our lives?

I know many people say it, but what makes this true. High School is not always fun. We have our problems like find our identity, where we fit in, big exams, loads of school work, dealing with peer pressure, etc. Yeah sure there are times when you do have great times, but I don't believe these are my best years. (Actually were one of the worst)
