I think Netflix is a very good service, they ship things very fast (and update your account fast once you mail the movie back to them.) However, I noticed as time went on I became lazy about the movies and it would sit on my t.v for 2 weeks before I had a chance to watch it! It was my own fault and I'm sure they make lots of $ on people like me. I finally cancelled, not because of their service but because I just couldn't (or didn't want to) watch the movies quickly enough.

I had a really good experience with NetFlix. They send out 3 movies at a time, and they really are very quick. I was a member for about 6 months, and the only reason that I quit was because I had things going on where I wasn't able to make the time to watch the movies. Their DVD's were always in good condition and readable, and I never had to deal with errors in sending my requests or charges. I had tried Blockbuster online before NetFlix, and that service was a nightmare! They kept screwing up and sending duplicates of movies, and several times the DVD's wouldn't play and had to be replaced.

My sister had it and said it was a good service. She was on the 3-at-a-time plan, which costs $18 a month. They also have plans where you can have one or two movies out at a time, if you don't watch as many movies.
