very fat ( i need help)

MY FRIENDS WIFE IS HIS BIGGEST WORRY. SHE IS VERY FAT THAT, WE HAVE TO ALWAYS PUSH HER FROM BEHIND TO GET THROOUGH TO THE LEAVING ROOM. sECONDLY SHE HAS TO BE SUPPORTED WITH PILLOWS EACH TIME FOR HER TOO SEAT UP. HER BUM IS THE SIZE OF AN AVERAGE TRUCK TYRES. MY FRIEND CANT HOLD HER WAIST CAUSE ITS TOO LARGE FOR HIS HANDS. WHAT DOES HE DO? hE CANT HOLD, CANT DUB CANT WINE AND CANIT PLAY WITH HER. WE NEED HELP.

If someone gets this big there must be an illness involved. Either the person has such a big appetite there is something wrong there (they don't feel fullfilled ever, which can be caused by a center in the brain not functioning) or there might be something wrong within her body. Getting this big can cause serious health problems, and I suggest they seek the help of a dietist or try to get surgery to help remove a lot of fat so that she can walk and excersize regulary and attain a more healthy weight. She doesn't have to get skinny, but being obese can cause serious heart trouble.
