Which country do you think has the richest coffee culture?

Where do they have the biggest amount of different sorts and ways to make coffee? I heard that in Vienne for example they are so crazy about it that they even choose by the color table in cafe the way they want their coffee with milk... In Brazil on the contrary, all the best coffee goes for export. Brazilians themselves dont know how to make good coffee, and its difficult to find good coffee beans in the local stores. What do you think?
