Hi Perry,
If you do a mylot search for 'crochet' and 'crocheting' you'll find most of us mylot crochet fiends and all the threads we've started. If you add crochet or crocheting to your interest list, you'll be notified of any new discussions that come up.

I know how to crochet because we had a project in school regarding crocheting. But that was decades ago, my grandmother was the one who taught me (God bless her soul!) and if I would be given a hook and a yarn, I may be able to recall how. I need to study further on this.

Thank you very much, I'm trying hard to go reach the 500 mark so I can upload my new creations here to share with you. I'll be happy if you have some to share, thanks

I have always wanted to be good at crocheting. I keep on trying, but until now I have only been able to make a easy shawl.
I would be happy for tips on beginner crocheting projects.

I do a fair amount of crocheting. I would love to learn fillet crochet as I think it so very pretty. I have made coasters, doilies (from worsted weight yarn), afghans, baby afghans, booties, and various other small things. I haven't gotten very fancy with stitch work yet but I am getting there.

I love to crochet but as for reading a pattern on crocheting forget it. I myself just look at the picture and make my own version of it. Not reccomended but ... I get to involved in trying to figure out the pattern i would never get the thing done. Local librarey is you best bet and find alot online as well.
