I have never really read a full Stephen King novel, probably because since I was a child, his books (even then) were all being turned into movies. I have read some of a lot of his books and I do like his writing style its very common. He has a way of speaking to you through his words like a common man telling an extraordinary story. I read his semi auto biography/writing book "On Writing" and listened to the audio book as well. I do think that he is an amazing person. I really want to finish reading the dark tower books. These are his forays in fantasy (my genre) and his writing style in it is almost dreamlike.

i have read and re-read almost everything he has ever written! He is one of only 3 authors that i like reading books from. I think he is a fantastic writer..only his books can I go through like crazy because I can't put them down...they keep me on the edge of my seat! His writing is genious, and a good deal of what he writes is from his own true experiences....he's an amazing author!
