i would like to setup a factory for plastic medical equipment like syringes ,however i dont know where to start looking ,most trade websites are about buying the FINISHED product ,while i want to buy a factory and make the product here in my country . any suggestions would be appreciated ps i tried ALIBABA.com and till now no response to my posts .
