if one has to get succes anywhere in the life at every point he or she has to put hardwork, the hardwork should be with proper planning. Without putting hardwork we are not going to get anything in the life.

There is no sustitute for hard work. Dream,plan and execute in the right direction. Even if you do not achieved your goal by your hard work, you didn't lose anything;instead you have learned a lot with that field.

Hardwork is the essential thing in getting success,inaddition you need to have also determination to carry forward the action plan tht you are planning to execute.
