what do u think causes for lower back pain?Is there any permanent remedy

I always thought back pian for middle aged and old people until i got it,yhat also at the age of 21.Now i was shocked first then went for physiotherapy and from then the back pian is on and off .its not always there but comes strongly.What things should i avoid for the back to recover??I do travel a lot by bus and bike,does that affect??
