What about sneezing, watery eyes and a runny nose?

Since childhood, whenever I wake up in the morning I have runny nose, I sneeze a lot, I get watery eyes. Whenever I travel and get exposed to dust, I feel the same symptoms. When I clean our house, still the same...it seems that every exposure I get to dust or even weather and temperature changes, my body has a reaction. It was only during my high school years that I found out I had allergicrhinitis. And it was something passed on to me by my mom. How did I deal with it? With prayers? Well, I just take vit C everyday. In extreme cases, I take anti-allergy medicines or antihistamines, making me sleep. But everyday, I have a hanky to cover my nose from dust. So if you have the same symptoms, you now know what you have..and it's not so bad once you get used to it. Just take my advice, it worked for me, I'm sure it'll work for you as well.
