God, can you make more money?  |

 My 6 year old grandson has been asking why his Papaw has to work so many hours and I tell him Papaw has to make money to pay for things like our house, food, clothing, etc. So last night my grandson is saying his prayers and This is it.
"Thank you, God for my family, my toys, the earth, making all the great things, for my church and friends. And thank you God for making money...(small pause)...but can you make some more of it? Amen"
Isn't it just like a kid to say thinking?

All they keep telling me is to go to the bank and get more. They seem to think the bank will just give us all the money we want. We had to have a chat about it after.

Our neighbor has rescue dogs and she got a little dog that had seizures and heart problems, so the vet only gave him about two months to live. SHe asked my grandson to pray for him because I was telling her about his prayers. He has been remembering that dog in his prayers at least 3-4 times a week for almost three years now. The dog is still with us and is best friends with my grandson. He doesn't even have seizures anymore. | |
