audio and video streaming

we have audio and video clips which we want to upload into our site, so that our group of friends can hear these/and view these files as a stream instead of downloading the files. How do I convert my present files to stream files to upload on to the site. swamy bagavthy

it's usualy in wma format for streaming file.
