Though we all feel that all men are equal, I agree with what Shaw wrote in his famous book 'Animal Farm'. It gives a clear insight into the real picture of society.

I think you made a "lapsus calami". The author of Animal Farm is George Orwell, not the other George. I'm George too. :)

I'll try again. The first response just vanished. I have not seen the movie 'Animal Farm'. It sounds like a 'must see' movie. I will get and watch it intensely. I'm almost afraid to! lol Very scary! When the origional phrase was quoted by someone else, it was, "All men are created with equal opportunities", I'm pretty sure.

I'm afraid to disappoint you!!! The original text of the quotation is as I quoted (of course, instead of saying George Orwell, I attributed it to Shaw!). It is actually a satire on communism, written in early 20th century, by Orwell. There is no movie by that name, but I wouldn't wonder if one is made, since we have movies like 'babe in the city' and other animal movies.

It does give a clear insight, and it's true to the letter. Even in a close knitt society of equals, there will always be a few be it through political or emotional, that are always held higher than others.
