What things would you do to improve the quality of life for the people in your country? Is there one thing or multiple things that you would try and do to improve things? If I was president, I would make sure that all the homeless people had a place to live. I do not think we should have any homeless people. I would also try and find ways to improve our environment and prevent global warming.

thats a good question, if i will be the president of my country i will focus on the poverty issue we have for the past years. I do believe that it can only be solved if people have decent jobs to support their family. if people have jobs, they can ahve decent homes and through this crime rate in this country may also decreased. i will encourage other country to invest here since we have increasing man power just waiting for job opportunities. Poverty is really a serious problem not only in my country but as well for other countries, if this problem is solved other problems in relation to this can also be solved. More and more people can be educated as well. Another thing, im not against natural family planning but because of the increasing population we have over the years , i will also consider strong implementation of family planning. Family should only have children in a manner that they can support all the needs including their education. If people are well educated, i guess our country will progress and other issues will also be well adrressed and will be given solutions.

I agree that the poverty issue should be addressed as it seems to be getting worse and worse and with the rising costs of living it will continue to get worse if something is not done about it. People in some cases have to work multiple jobs to get by and I think that is wrong as well. Overpopulation should be a concern as well like you said. Those were very nice comments. Thank you for taking the time to respond. :-)

I think Global Warming would be the biggest issue I would try to face with full force. Because if the global warming/Green House Effect continues on the path that it is now, we will have bigger problems than homeless people. Don't get me wrong, I think there are many issues that need to be addressed, including our employment and homeless issues. But I would focus more of my attention on how to fix the environment.

That is an excellent answer as the environment is a big concern of mine as well and would want something done to help with our environment. Bush does not seem to care very much.

I didn't know that global warming can be prevented, that is interesting. Well, if I was a president I'll make more jobs for people, so that anyone who wants to work can. See if I can cut people's bills in half so that the ones that can't pay their bills will be helped somehow.

If I was a president of the United States the fist thing that I should do is to bring teachers from my country (Bulgaria) to the schools in US because here I see how they learned my kid the stupidiest way of solving the math problem How stupid can you be the kid have a math problem 9-8=1 and he do it that way because he knows that from Bulgaria and that is the easyest way for me and for him but the math teacher here think that the problem is wrong because he is sapose to to 9+-8=1 I don't know way but that stupid teacher learn the kids to make a negative number and to add them why? can somebody tell me why should I just solve the problem and don't do that stupid thinks what the teachers in US don't now how to subtract?
