Many of the great things you have described.
drive-in-movies,soda shops,harmless pranks,gangs that were fun to join,the great community dances,girls that dressed like girls,poodle skirts,scooters,and cloth diapers and rubber/plastic pants that did not pollute the land and potty trained kids by the time they were two and a half.
we spent a lot of our time outdoors instead of infront of the computer like I am now.lol
there are to many thing to post here,but it was great living in the 50'and 60's.

Decent music.... where all that gone? No-one makes anything tidy nowadays. it was like all good artists stopped in the 80's.

Let's see.... sailor button-front flap jeans, painted jeans, "free" concerts in a huge park, leaving car and house doors unlocked without fear, churches were open 24 hours, milk, juice and ice cream home delivery, B&W TV sets with the stero and speakers in the cabinet, hi-fi record players that looked like small suitcases, Mr. Potatoe Head game using real potatoes, Mom and Pop grocery stores and bakeries, every March go door to door to collect for the March of Dimes, 8-track tapes and players, soda and candy shoppes, 5 cent candy bars, and 10 cent soda machines.
