Any information on new technology on building construction for this year 2007??? Especially for mass housing projects?

I don't know much about the development of housing construction technology. because I'm much involved in the world of bridge engineering. What I know in bridge engineering there are several new technologies such as link slab, integral bridges, single pile column. This technology to reduce maintenance cost and making the bridge more earthquake resistant.
