well keep posting an make your posts as descriptive and related to the topic as much as possible in that case you will be able to get the maximum of it, the usual rate is about 50 posts or so for a dollar

quality over quantity dude. keep em long and keep em relevant. do not post for posting's sake. i suggest you choose the discussions you are interested in, that way you'll be inspired to write more. i once earned 30 cents for one post only. so there. also, referrals will help with the earning, though it's not really advicable to focus on how much you're earning, it'll lead to more frustration. take it from me.
