Do you have a favorite piece of furniture?

I never thought of this before my friend told me she loved her bed (I'm not going to list her reasons as there were many some X-rated). She puts the nicest bed spreads on it, adds stuffed animals and frilly cushions, even rose petals ??? I guess mine would have to be the sofa.

my couch adn of course the tv but thats not furiture is it lol my couch is a recliner too so I just strech out in it when I get sleepy in the day time if not on couch in the day time I am here at my desk.thats when ever I get to set down lol

LOL, does it have to be just one peice of furniture! ;-) Mine would have to be the bed as well. I do seem to give it more attention than any other furniture in the house. LOL

Mine is the Settee as well but I give up with the Cushions as my Gissi does not like them to be neat and tidy as soon as I sort them he is up there and either messes them up putting them the Way he wants them or he throws them on the Floor

I have a recliner that just hugs me, and it is invested with lots of memories. I bought it while my first husband was ill, first for him, and then we had it in the nursing home, and that is where I slept in his room. My younger sister had a serieous terminal illness, she slept there, as well. It is just full of love. I have comforters and throws for it, and pillows so it feels good for everyone. My husband now has slept in it when under the weather, and I have rocked grandkids in it, and of course the cats think it is their favorite as well.
