Do you find your moods transferring over to your myLot responses and topics?

I am very tired today as I have worked two days straight of over 14 hours each. What I have just noticed is that because I am cranky today and short tempered, I am finding myself also irritable in the way I am considering my responses to some topics. I thankfully have not posted much at all today so it won't be too obvious! It's interesting how moods do not just affect the way you are face to face with people such as being short tempered, impatient etc etc but also transfer over into the way you write as well! Anyone else here sometimes notice the same thing with themselves?

yes, i experienced the same thing with you. That's why when im on bad conditions, im avoiding meeting or interacting with people. I like to take time with my self alone till i recovered. I have an option as a human being. To control the mood / emotions or to be controled by the mood / emotions. knowing that, i want to take full control on my emotions (eventhough sometimes i failed) but it helps me to raise my awareness about my feelings, how to control it.

I too would rather avoid people as well when I am moody! But it is very hard with my job to do that! And I also always seem to be drawn to myLot as well, regardless of my moods; its addictive! Thanks for responding.
