I think we cannot give all marks ourself.Only 70% have to mark ourself and the remaining 30% to the others. In my 70 i must give 68.75 (no negotiation allowed!!)

i couldn't even begin to answer that one. some days i'd like to think i'm a 100, but other days i'd go as low as a 5. i think i can be very giving and caring, but catch me on a bad day and i'll tear you up one way and down the other. that would be my 5 day.....
