CONNECT VCR TO SMARTBOARD

AS a teaching assistant I want to help a NQT in priomary classroom set up a VCR to show videos through an interactive whiteboard. there is a yellow point on the walll for video and 3 colours on the VCR, white, yellow, red, which cable do you need, what do you have to do to get a signal, simple please.
