Do you really like the movies that get Oscar nominations

As a rule I really don't like the movies that are nominated for the Oscar. They're a bit snooty for me. I like Sci Fi, action and comedy movies and they're almost never nominated for oscars.

It depends on the situation but when I like a movie I don't really care if it has got an oscar or not, what matters to me is that I like it and that's all... I don't even know about oscars, just when I see something about it on news, but it doesn't interest me much.

Usually I like them, but there are also exeptions. For example, I do not like musicals, and for Chicago has not a film for Oscar. I will see for Dreamgirls

Usually I'll like one or two of the ones that are nominated but not all.
Quite often the one's nominated haven't even been released in the cinemas yet where I am so it's hard to tell if they deserve the nomination or not.
