I most watch American Idol and Big Brother. Occasionally I watch the Apprentice and Dancing with the Stars. Reality TV is an interesting learning experience--you really start to think about how people interact and how to behave in social situations. Every little thing you say can be used against you at a later time. Every little mistake you make is scrutinized on national television. It makes me want to monitor my behavior more carefully.
