I hate dishonesty and one think i admire about my guy is that he is so honest. I love him most for that quality of his...As for me, i really never want to lie to him but sometimes, i realise, a few white lies ARE essential to keep a relationship going strong ! I hate to admitt but after lot of counseling from my friends i realised it IS true ! You sometimes have to go against your 'ethics' and do things just to please others and maintain the sanity in a relationship. What do you think ?

loving him, is beign me... - and he as well... we dont need to lie and hide...
no matter how hard i try to lie... i always end up caught.. im a bad liar... well, as everybody would say, im honest... how much more with my hubby? hes all that matters to me, how come i will distrust him? even if other will not, and even if others wont, i do have the honesty... i dont want to fool people most specially, i never want to fool myself.. i dont want it that way that i cheat and tell a lie.. i rather give you the option to cheat or not... because my love is true and it wont ever be pretentious.. what you see is me. although its really an issue if we choose to lie not to hurt our love ones, and hide things rather telling them something to frustrate.. but i believe, the truth really sets you free... sometimes, these days, people are just fond of lying in a bad way.. and thus results to so many broken relationships, because we never tend to open up and tell what is inside us, instead people are persuaded to hide it and lie.. as they commit dangerous this against their partner.. which is unhealthy.. and not what i want to happen to all the honest and sincere people. and all the ones we loved^_^ take care...

Well I have to hold my Hands up and say yes I used to be dishonest with my EX Husband as I had to hide Bills and that, he actually got us in debt and it was my Fault to as I let him. But he always went mad at Problems and of course the Bills where becoming a Problem. So instead of sorting them together, he carried on having a Social Life while I was trying to keep things going and of course his Social Life and the Bills just did not leave enough money so I started getting behind. Well when we split up so that he could not demand anything of the House I ended up with £14.000 (about $26.000) Debt and a Mortgage of £28.000 ($56.000)

I have found in every relationship it is best to completely honeset. That way you never have to remember the lie you told, you never have to stay on your toes, and you never have to feel guilty. If the truth hurts then I am sorry, it is still best for everyone. If you do not want to tell the truth then just do not say anything unless you pushed into a corner. If someone pushes you into that corner where you must say something then tell the truth and let the hurt come and let it pass. All things are much better when the relationship is built on truthfulness and honesty.

This lady is honest and I think that my hubby appreciates that. I cannot say that about him. Oh, they are little things, but that leaves it open that he would lie about other things. Sad, since I value honesty over all else. Rarely found, and often discouraged. Our lives would be so much better without the untruths that we so casually toss about. Relationships are up and down and when solid, on a consistent level. We have 23 years going and something must be going right.
