If "can" an act of will, that express the human capacity to have power to enforce anything, we can not do what you believe, or rather hope, that we can: to intervene in the sphere of oblivion. I do not know if you feel the same, but it seems to me that the more we forget something, that something becomes even stronger in our consciousness, the more he insists and is tending to become obsessed. We can not remove anything from the mind and soul through a voluntary act, you'd think that they are intended to eternal misery and discomfort of an eternal soul, but not so at all, because beyond our will we have a true friend and it is very memory our, is known for a long time that it is selective and that fortunately is also protection: tends to retain rather than fortune of our life on the unfortunate, is a positive memory, optimistic, which helps us bear life and go quietly to the end. We forget what we once caused pain, the wound was healed, then becomes slightly unbearable, easily bearable. Do not try by all means to forget something, so make sure your memory is. If the question stems from a mishap, they do not insist on always bringing back a memory. Have faith and patience. Time works in your favor inseninarii, and his memory is complicated. Only better.

Hmm, difficult..coz I'm one of those who never forgets anything..good or bad. I can forgive and get over it , but few memories stay with me for a long long time. Someday I realise those memories are gone, I don't know how but sometimes I forget.

Depending on what it was, I could never forgive and forget. If it was something minor, then yes, I could forgive and forget. But something major, forgiving and forgetting or a big no no.
