My best friend' sister is dieing from cancer. I can't afford to go be with them

I live a whole continent away from home .I feel terrible that they need me right now and I can't afford to fly out to be with them and halp them through this. The poor woman was just put into a hospital this morning. How can I possibly console my friend and her dieing sister from this distance?

call an right to them an let them know that you are thinking of them,they will understand if you cannot afford to go to be with them.i know it hurts but because you cant be there

I do that whenever possible but my friend is at hersister'sbedside most of theday. The sad part is that her daughter is on the other side of theworldworking with refugees from the Darfur crisis and can't possibly fly home until March.

is their any churches that can help you to come up with the money to see her.

This is so horrible with such a thing. I mean for Your freinds' sister. It's so hard to console them. Sometimes we can't do anything like in your case of distance. I'm sure they understand you even a little bit, but I know that they want you to come to visit them. I'm so sorry for your friend's sister , I don't know what to say more...

Thank you, itsgetting close to the end, my friend calls nearly every day, worried that her sister will be in more pain than she already is..
