IF you had to give a one day Seminar on something...What would it be on?

What do you feel well versed or informed on to give a seminar on? What audience would you want to attract? I think I could do it on relationships? Or possible Music? WHat about you?

well if I had to give a one day Seminar it would be able using natural products instead of using chemicals as I know quite a lot about this and feel more comfortable talking about this in regards to health.

If I had to give a one day seminar on something, that something would be mathematics and how math is useful in everyday life. I think that way to many people think that learning math is useless...but I could probably talk all day on why we MUST have mathematics in our lives everyday.

Well, my area of expertise is Canadian income tax, so I guess that would probably be my choice. For a time during my career, I was the Director of Tax for a large Canadian Corporation and became quite knowledgeable and proficient in this area. I also gave annual personal tax seminars to the executives of the company following the presentation of the Canadian budget. My interest in this field naturally evolved to include personal tax and I have built up a small clientele for whom I do personal tax returns every year, so naturally I have to keep up with the changes even though I am now officially retired. So, this would probably be my choice of topic although there are several different topics that I might consider.

OH MY GOSH! I can't even imagine what all you have to keep up on to be that well informed! Good for you, it will keep your mind so active and sharp. I think you should do online podcasts on it too, especially this time of year!. Thanks for y our input.

Mine would be on birth mothers giving their children up for adoption. It would consist on the decision making process, the emotional aspects, the after effects of adoption and I would share my story of giving up my daughter at age 5 and how rough a decision it was and the other things I had to go through with my family and how I am dealing with it now 8 years later.

I cannot even imagine! I would sure sign up for it though. The keyword you used was "How you are dealing with it now"! that's a good thing. You are dealing with it not ignoring it.... working through issues is the best way to get through it. THere is a saying that comforts me it's "If God brings you to it... He will bring you through it"... Hang in there work through it and come out with inner peace and joy in your heart.

i would do it on parenting. ive only been a parent for 2 years, but ive done alot research on children. my friends ask me alot of advice on the subject and my mother has told me that she thinks i should teach a class on it! im too shy though. If i werent shy, i'd go to school and learn more on children and teach people what i have learned. Music would also be good. i LOVE music. its therapy for me
