Is red colour the colour of violation?

Red colour has been the best for all.It is reffered as the violated colour and Used everywhere.Do u think red is the colour of violation?for eg: A bull always attack the red colour.

Bulls are color blind. Matadors use the red because it catches the spectator's eye, not the bull's.
