|  I was reading an article on how to keep ants out of your home. IT suggested planting catnip around your foundation and ants will not cross it. Has anyone ever heard of this? I haven't tried it yet. But I think I will.

| | No problem. Thanks for checking for me! Down here in Texas we get fire ants pretty bad, and last summer they chewed through one of the connections to my air conditioner. It was 108 that day of course! Anyway, we used some chemicals and such to keep them out for the rest of the summer, but if catnip will do it that seems like a much better way. | | | |

| |  No, I have not heard of that, but thanks for sharing. I heard to put borax in front of the door and windows will keep out ants and bugs though.
