I don't see anything wrong with that and I believe that the greatest foundation of love is friendship. I would be a great start to know each other well then start to go to the next level. I guess most of relationships failure is due to not knowing your partner that well so they just ended up in break-ups. So if you think you also like your bestfriend I think you should go for it.

You can find reason y your best friend do that to you.Don't let ego spoilt your friendship. No harm asking reason with your best friend..Did you hurt your friend in any angel??Try to figure out.Coz best friend is hard to get. That would be my advise.

You need to attempt to figure out the reason first. Once that's been done, then you can go from there. However, if he/she is turning on you without even speaking to you about what's bothering him/her, then you might want to reevaluate the situation and consider the thought that they might not be a good friend anyways!

that isn;t good... because for sure you will lose your best friend...
what you will do... that depends on what do you feel about him... if you think that could be a relationship between you 2 then go for it... if not... try to explain that to him!
